Create a Facebook Campaign and Ads with the Campaign Creation Wizard
Create and launch Facebook ads fast with MediaScale’s Campaign Creation Wizard. Pick an account and landing page, set objective and budget, add or reuse media and copy, auto build variations, then publish.
Overview
You will start from the Facebook section in the left sidebar, launch the Campaign Creation Wizard, set up your campaign and ad set, then build your ads with either fresh assets or proven winners pulled from your account history. At the end, you can publish directly to Facebook.
Before you start
Make sure you know which ad account and landing page you plan to use. Have a rough idea of your objective, budget type, and whether you want to upload new media or reuse existing assets.
Open the wizard
In the left sidebar, go to Facebook then Campaigns. Click Create Campaign. The Campaign Creation Wizard opens.
Set up the campaign
Pick the ad account and the landing page. Give the campaign a clear name and choose your objective. In the example from the transcript, the budget type is set to ABO and the ad set gets a name right away.
Targeting and placements
Set your targeting. The example leaves Detailed targeting blank, but you can add your segments here if you prefer. Keep Language on English only for the example. If you are not using Advantage placements, adjust Placements to match your plan.
Optimization and delivery
Choose your Optimization goal. For traffic that goes straight to your landing page, pick Off-site conversions. Set your Budget and amount, pick a Bid strategy, and choose a Launch date. Click Save ad set configurations to lock this in.
Build your ads
You are now in the ad creation window. Enter your Ad name. Select the Facebook Page to run the ad from. Choose your Call to action, then select your Pixel event and your Pixel.
Add media
You have two options. You can upload images or videos from your computer, including multiple files at once. Or click Select existing to browse assets you have run before. MediaScale will pull in images and videos used by this account, aggregate their performance across every campaign they appeared in, and surface your best performers so you can reuse what works. Pick the assets you want. In the example, four are selected.
Add primary text and headline
For copy, you can also Select existing or write new. In the example, two variations of primary text are written and a single headline is added.
Generate variations and rename
Click Review ads. MediaScale will generate each variation automatically so you can bulk create fast. You will see each ad, for example under a group like test 1. Rename anything you like right in place. Each variation keeps the correct pairing of text and media so you can see what is being tested.
Optional: one ad per ad set
If you prefer a structure where each ad sits in its own ad set, toggle Ad per ad set. MediaScale will create the total number of ad sets needed and place one ad in each. If there is an ad you do not want split out, select that ad and remove it from the ad per ad set action before publishing.
Publish
When everything looks right, click Publish. MediaScale will send your ads to Facebook. That is it.
